We’re looking for a high-performing Web Developer to join our global team. This is not your average dev role—we want a problem solver, a designer, and a collaborator who can take ownership of web projects and help us bring creative and strategic ideas to life.

? Your Core Responsibilities
Website Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain high-performance websites with a focus on WordPress, but also across Webflow, Shopify, and custom CMS.

Technical SEO Fixes: Collaborate with the SEO team to resolve site issues, speed improvements, mobile responsiveness, and site health enhancements.

Content Implementation: Work closely with the content team to load, format, and style content for client websites accurately and efficiently.

Design Integration: Convert Figma designs into functional web pages with pixel-perfect accuracy and responsiveness across devices.

Troubleshooting & QA: Resolve bugs, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and implement best practices for clean, scalable code.

Communication: Participate in internal project updates, clarify briefs, and proactively flag potential roadblocks or improvements.

???? What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in web development, with strong WordPress skills using Elementor, Divi, Breakdance, and Bricks.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive design frameworks.

Solid experience across CMS platforms including Shopify, Webflow, and custom builds.

Experience working with Figma, and confidence in turning UI/UX designs into responsive websites.

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Core Web Vitals, and technical site performance.

Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for design and detail.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Reliable, self-motivated, and highly accountable. You take pride in your work.
