Job Description Summary:

The role involves conducting thorough keyword research, analyzing website performance, implementing on-page optimization strategies, monitoring search engine algorithms, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

The SEO Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organic traffic growth and improve overall site visibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct bi-weekly in-depth SEO audits and report: Perform bi-weekly comprehensive SEO audits, analyzing technical, on-page optimization, performance metrics, traffic trends, and strategy effectiveness. resent data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to the Business unit, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies: This includes on-page content optimization, technical SEO improvements, targeted backlink acquisition campaigns, and monthly blog optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance: Use analytics tools to track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Stay ahead of the SEO curve: Adapt strategies to leverage algorithm updates and industry best practices.
  • Foster seamless collaboration: Work with content team, web team and other workstreams for a holistic approach to SEO.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research: Identify relevant target keywords and phrases to align with business goals.
  • Craft comprehensive on-page optimization reports: Analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement. Prioritize recommendations and present them to stakeholders.
  • Execute on-page optimization plans: Implement recommended changes to meta tags, headings, URL structure, content optimization, and other on-page elements.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits: Identify and address technical issues that hinder search engine visibility.
  • Optimize monthly blog content: Research relevant keywords, optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content for search engines.
  • Post show summary report: Create concise post-show report summaries highlighting key findings, actionable takeaways, and next steps for each bi-weekly audit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in SEO or a related field (e.g., content marketing, digital marketing).
  • Proficient in using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Keyword Planner.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills to assess SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content, reports, and presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is preferred.
