Senior SEO Specialist (Technical SEO / Growth SEO)

Job Summary: The organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to drive scalable organic growth through a sophisticated combination of technical SEO, data analysis, and automation.

This role transcends traditional SEO by focusing on the construction of high-performance SEO systems, leveraging comprehensive content ecosystems, technical architecture optimization, and data-driven strategies to acquire high-quality traffic. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and growth-oriented, possessing the ability to collaborate directly with engineering teams to implement SEO strategies at a massive scale.
Key Responsibilities

1. Technical SEO & Engineering Collaboration

• Site Architecture: Optimizes website technical structures, including URL hierarchy, internal linking frameworks, and XML sitemaps.
• Health & Performance: Monitors and improves crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals (site speed and performance).
• Technical Implementation: Partners with engineering teams to ensure SEO-friendly front-end and back-end rendering (SSR/CSR compatibility) and resolve technical debt at scale.

2. On-Page & Semantic Optimization

• On-Site Elements: Manages title tags, meta descriptions, and heading structures for maximum relevance.
• Content Performance: Oversees keyword placement and semantic optimization to enhance user engagement metrics, rankings, and conversion pathways.

3. Off-Page Strategy & Authority Building

• Quality Backlinking: Develops and executes off-page strategies focused on high-quality backlink acquisition and strategic media outreach.
• Competitive Analysis: Conducts deep-dive competitor backlink audits to identify and capture high-authority opportunities.

4. Content Ecosystem & Traffic Funnel Strategy

• Scalable Infrastructure: Builds and scales content-driven ecosystems designed to capture organic traffic and strategically funnel SEO authority back to the main platform.
• Structured Linking: Implements structured linking to drive measurable improvements in user acquisition and conversion performance.

5. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

• Tool Proficiency: Analyzes performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Integrations: Implements UTM parameters and tracking pixels to evaluate traffic quality, conversion performance, and ROI.
• Behavioral Analysis: Utilizes user behavior data to identify funnel bottlenecks and optimize the organic user journey.

6. Automation & AI-Driven SEO

• Scalability Tools: Leverages automation (e.g., Python-based crawling or data extraction) and programmatic SEO to scale page generation and data handling.
• AI Integration: Utilizes AI tools for advanced data analysis and to support scalable content optimization workflows.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Organic Traffic Growth
• Keyword Ranking Improvements (Primary and Long-tail)
• SEO-Driven Conversions (Registrations and First-Time Deposits)
• Conversion Rate (CVR) (from organic traffic sources)

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of dedicated SEO experience, with a heavy emphasis on Technical SEO.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and modern SEO auditing tools.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable growth strategies.

Core Competencies

• Ability to guide engineering teams on technical SEO implementation and site architecture.
• Proven experience in building SEO systems that function at scale rather than managing individual pages.
• A mindset centered on driving business results (deposits/revenue) rather than just vanity ranking metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in iGaming, Fintech, or high-conversion digital platforms.
• Familiarity with Python for SEO automation or experience with AI-driven SEO workflows.
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic within the Philippines or similar competitive markets.
