SEO Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimisation, local SEO, and performance reporting.

You will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, increasing website traffic, generating qualified leads, and supporting long-term business growth through effective SEO strategies.

The successful candidate should have proven experience managing SEO campaigns, improving keyword rankings, analysing website performance, and implementing practical SEO recommendations across WordPress and other CMS platforms.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Managing Google Ads Campaign

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Optimise website pages, blogs, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and content structure.

Improve technical SEO, including site speed, indexing, crawlability, redirects, schema, and Core Web Vitals.

Build and manage safe, high-quality backlink strategies.

Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.

Prepare regular SEO reports with clear insights and action points.

Support local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimisation and location-based landing pages.

Work with content writers, developers, and marketing team members to implement SEO improvements.

Identify opportunities to improve organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.

𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

Minimum 3–5 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.

Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.

Experience improving rankings for competitive keywords.

Demonstrated ability to increase organic traffic and lead generation.

Experience managing SEO for WordPress and other CMS platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to explain SEO results clearly through reports and recommendations.

Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

Experience in local SEO and multi-location businesses.

Knowledge of CRO — Conversion Rate Optimisation.

Understanding of UX/UI principles related to SEO.

Experience working with developers and content teams.

Basic knowledge of Google Ads is an advantage.

Experience with service-based businesses is highly regarded.

Candidates must be able to provide examples of previous SEO work, including keyword ranking improvements, organic traffic growth, technical SEO fixes, backlink strategies, or SEO reports.
