Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO & AEO Specialist who understands both traditional search optimization and modern AI-driven search visibility strategies. The ideal candidate should be capable of auditing websites, optimizing landing pages, improving search rankings, and helping position the company for better visibility across AI-powered search platforms and answer engines.
Responsibilities:
â—‰ Conduct full SEO audits for multiple websites and landing pages
â—‰ Optimize on-page SEO including metadata, headings, internal linking, schema, and content structure
â—‰ Improve website performance, indexing, and technical SEO health
â—‰ Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
â—‰ Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on lead generation and conversion
â—‰ Optimize websites for AI search engines and answer engine platforms (AEO)
â—‰ Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using SEO tools
â—‰ Work closely with project managers, developers, and content creators
â—‰ Provide actionable recommendations for improving visibility and organic growth
â—‰ Create SEO reports and performance summaries
Requirements:
 Proven experience in SEO and technical SEO Strong understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI search trends Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, etc. Knowledge of schema markup, indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals Experience optimizing landing pages for conversions Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built websites Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written English communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projectsNice to Have:
