About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven, detail-oriented SEO and Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day digital marketing execution, optimize our online presence, and support traffic growth. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of search engine optimization, content distribution, and general digital marketing workflows, working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Execution: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, internal linking), and assist with link-building outreach.
• Content Management: Upload, format, and schedule blog posts and landing pages in CMS platforms like WordPress, ensuring proper SEO formatting.
• Technical SEO Support: Monitor site health using tools like Google Search Console, fixing broken links, updating redirects, and identifying crawl errors.

  Social Media & Email Support: Schedule social media posts, repurpose content across channels, and assist with setting up email marketing campaigns.

  Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, compiling weekly or monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and engagement.

  Administrative Tasks: Keep marketing calendars, project boards, and digital assets organized.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing Assistant, or similar remote role.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical, and keyword research).
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console).
• Proficiency with WordPress or similar content management systems.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) and digital marketing automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dependable workstation.
