Job Title: SEO Lead / SEO Specialist

Client: Australian Digital Marketing Agency (Based in Sydney)

Employment Type:Full-time – Employee of Record (EOR)

Work Schedule: Day shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT / 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT, Monday to Friday

Location: Work From Home – Permanent

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Lead / Specialist to take ownership of SEO strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for driving organic growth, optimising website performance, conducting keyword research, delivering comprehensive reporting, and ensuring SEO strategies align with client business goals.

You’ll work closely with senior team members initially with a clear path to leading client presentations and taking full ownership of client relationships. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who understands agency pace and can manage multiple accounts.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Hands-on SEO: keyword research, technical audits, on-page/off-page optimisation, reporting
• Join client calls when needed, present performance data, and communicate recommendations
• Drive commercial outcomes: leads, conversions, ROI/ROAS
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Required Experience:

• 5+ years hands-on SEO experience
• 2-3+ years within a marketing/digital agency environment
• Proven experience managing SEO across multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Australian agency experience highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA
• Excellent English communication skills, confident and client-facing
• Google Ads and/or Meta Ads experience
