About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced SEO / GEO / AEO Growth Specialist to own organic visibility across Google, AI search platforms, and AI Overviews.
This is an independent, results-driven role. You’ll own strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for assigned accounts — no hand-holding or task queue.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on traffic, rankings, and conversions.
– Optimize websites and content for Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and AI Overviews.
– Conduct keyword, competitor, and SERP research.
– Develop SEO-driven content and optimize existing pages.
– Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, speed, mobile performance, and schema.
– Build quality link-building strategies.
– Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
– Monitor SEO and AI-search trends and adjust strategies proactively.
– Communicate recommendations and results clearly to clients and leadership.
Requirements
– 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results.
– Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
– Experience or strong knowledge of GEO/AEO and AI-search optimization.
– Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, and/or Ahrefs.
– Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent written and verbal English.
– Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
