Google Ads — Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube; end-to-end build, optimise & scale

Meta Ads — Facebook & Instagram; audience strategy, creative testing, conversion tracking

SEO & Organic — on-page/technical audits, keyword strategy, content optimisation, ranking growth

Performance & Impact — track KPIs, report insights, collaborate with Sales/Content teams, hit lead & revenue targets

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1–3 years hands-on SEO & paid advertising experience

• Proficient: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Search Console

• Familiar: Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CRM tools

• Strong copywriting, analysis, reporting & organisation skills

• Google/Meta certifications = strong advantage

• Results-driven — works independently & collaborates well

• AU/international client experience = advantage
