Build real authority for US clients through outreach, guest posts and earned mentions, and help us shape how that practice runs.
Rohring Results is a US marketing agency of about thirty people. We run SEO, paid advertising, social and creative, content, web development and custom software for businesses across the US, many of them home-services and local companies. Our delivery team works from the Philippines.
Our SEO team has four specialists under a department lead. This seat owns everything off-page: backlink audits, toxic-link decisions, outreach campaigns, guest posts and self-published articles for clients. We have the platform and the content engine to do this well, and we are hiring someone to run the outreach side as a real practice.
Our writing engine drafts placement content. You decide whether it is good enough to ship, where it goes, and who we pitch.
What you will do

Audit each client’s backlink profile and flag the links that hurt it.

Find and qualify publishers, write pitches and land guest posts and mentions.

Approve and publish client articles on platforms like Medium, LinkedIn and Substack.

Make disavow decisions and log your reasoning.

Turn our quarterly off-page research into a prioritized work queue.

Help write our outreach playbook and link-quality standard.
What we are looking for

3+ years in off-page SEO with outreach, guest posting or digital PR, and placements you can show.

You judge links on relevance and context, not just a score.

Pitches that editors answer.

Current knowledge of link spam policies. We do not buy links or use link networks.

You can run campaigns for several clients at once.

Strong written English.
Nice to have
Search Atlas, Ahrefs or Semrush. Publishing on Medium, LinkedIn or Substack. Local or home-services clients. Experience building an outreach process from scratch.
How we work

Remote, Philippines-based. Core hours are 9am–1pm Philippine Time every workday. The rest of your hours are flexible within the same day.

Time tracking. We track hours in Hubstaff against client projects, so each client gets the time they pay for. It also records activity data, and we do not use that to judge how well you do your job.

AI is part of the work. We use AI tools across the company. We want people who use them well and check what comes back, not people who trust them blindly or refuse to use them.

We are still building. Some of our processes are newer than we would like. You will help shape how this work runs, not only follow a finished playbook.
