The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly innovative, part-time SEO Strategist to join our team for up to 15 hours per week. This role is perfect for someone who is not just familiar with SEO fundamentals but is passionate about using AI tools to amplify their impact. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies where AI is your primary co-pilot for analysis, content planning, and outreach.

What You’ll Do:
Instead of manual grunt work, you will focus on high-leverage, AI-assisted tasks:
– AI-Driven Keyword & Topical Analysis: Utilize AI to move beyond single keywords. You’ll identify thematic clusters, analyze search intent at scale, and map out entire content funnels for our clients
– Intelligent Content Strategy: Leverage AI to generate data-backed content briefs, outlines, and optimization suggestions based on SERP analysis, ensuring our content is engineered to rank from the start.
– On-Page & Technical Audits: Use AI-powered crawlers and analytical tools to rapidly identify and prioritize technical SEO fixes and on-page optimization opportunities.
– Efficient Link-Building: Design and manage targeted outreach campaigns using AI to identify prospects, personalize communication, and track results, dramatically increasing outreach effectiveness.
– Data Synthesis & Reporting: Go beyond data exporting. Use AI to synthesize information from Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms to uncover actionable insights and articulate performance narratives for client reports.2

What We’re Looking For:
– An AI Enthusiast with an SEO Foundation: You understand the core principles of SEO but are constantly exploring how AI can make each process faster and more effective.
– Proven SEO Tool Proficiency: You must have hands-on experience with at least one major SEO platform (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush).
– Demonstrated AI Application: You must be able to show how you have used AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) or specialized AI-SEO tools (e.g., SurferSEO, NeuronWriter) specifically for SEO tasks. This is a critical requirement.
– Systems Thinker: You enjoy creating efficient, repeatable workflows and are excited by the prospect of building our agency’s AI-powered service delivery model.
– Native or Near-Native English: Flawless written and verbal communication skills are essential.
– WordPress Proficiency: Comfortable navigating and making SEO-related adjustments within WordPress.

Logistics & Hiring Process:
– Hours: Part-time, up to 15 hours per week, with potential for growth.
– Pay: We pay weekly for all services performed.
– Hiring: After a brief application screening, qualified candidates will be invited to a paid skills test to demonstrate their approach to an AI-assisted SEO task.
