And we need your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.

This is a full-time position based remotely.

The role will be responsible for the organic growth of Crimson Global Academy enrolments, through enhancing the performance and SEO of our global website, and creating content that converts and is optimised for AI across a range of channels.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

  • Create weekly blogs to take advantage of AI and SEO algorithms to grow organic traffic and conversion results.
  • Initiate projects such as student success content including testimonials and case studies that can be used at every layer of the marketing funnel.
  • Plan, develop, and execute ebooks and other gated content, collaborating with enrolment and marketing teams to identify content gaps.
  • Assist in optimising global email campaigns, ensuring consistency with CGA’s tone and branding. Use nurture sequences to guide prospective students and parents through the enrolment funnel.
  • Regularly update the website content to reflect current campaigns, programmes, and testimonials.
  • Ensure all other website locales are kept up to date with global website changes, and maintain consistent messaging across different regions.
  • Continuously improve website SEO by updating content, incorporating keywords, and optimising pages for search engine visibility.
  • Share insights and case studies back with marketing teams around the world in regular strategy meetings and bi-annual global marketing summits.

What skills and experience are required?

  • Very strong written and verbal communications skills with experience ideating, briefing, creating and launching campaigns.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills working across teams and cultures.

  • Project management and organisation skills: experience in planning, executing, and measuring social media campaigns to achieve specific objectives and targets.

  • Content creation: demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable content, including written posts, images, videos in various formats for a variety of platforms, and infographics.

  • Social media savvy – strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. Ability to jump on trends and make them on brand.

  • Proficiency in basic design and video editing tools, social media and analytics platforms.

  • An eye for design and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Organised, adaptable and detail-oriented.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years’ prior experience in content creation, writing or marketing role.
