Role Description

  • This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing strategies, improving our online presence, and enhancing our SEO efforts to attract and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic website traffic, search engine rankings, and overall brand awareness
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable and relevant keywords and phrases to target in SEO campaigns.
  • Ensure all digital content is optimized for SEO
  • Plan and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and inbound links to our website.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword performance, and SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing with a strong SEO focus
  • Proficiency in utilizing SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush).
  • Advanced experience with web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with paid social media platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of the latest media trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development is advantageous.
  • Must be a passionate pet lover.
  • Willingness to work on Night shift 8 AM – 12 PM EST to overlap with the US-based team.
