With a focus on generating more at-need and pre-need calls, our divisions offer strategies to boost leads, admissions, and revenue in their respective sectors. We utilize various tools and techniques, including pay-per-click advertising, local search, SEO, website redesign, online reputation management, and social media campaigns to accelerate business growth and online presence.

Job Role Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Support:
•Provide excellent, professional service through all client interactions. This will involve direct communication with clients via phone, email and Zoom meetings.
•Help support Account Managers with any questions, concerns, or requests their clients have.

2. Local Citation Work:
•Assist clients with phone, email, and postcard verifications to claim their business listings.
•Work on assigned business listings for Local SEO clients.
•Process updates on listings when clients need to change their business information (such as: change of address, change of business hours, logo change)
•Monitor listings for business information changes that may occur. Correct and update citations as needed.
•Contact Directory Support to troubleshoot issues as needed.
•Help with regular monitoring of Google, Yelp, Facebook and Apple listings to ensure data remains correct. Quickly act to resolve any listing issues that arise.

3. Local SEO Strategy
•Assist with extra efforts for falling behind clients (those not ranked in the 3pack after 6 months of service).
•Help with strategy to analyze why client rankings are struggling and “think outside the box” to create a plan of action for those clients.

4. Continuous Learning– Latest News/Industry Changes:
•Attend daily lineup meetings and weekly Department meetings to learn news, trends, rankings, department updates, initiatives, strategies, etc.
•Attend webinars as required related to digital marketing, local search, SEO, and other topics.
•Read articles/books/news related to Local SEO, as assigned by management.

5. Attend Company-Wide Meetings and Team Building Activities:
•Attend monthly company-wide meetings, utilizing your web cam and headset to interact with the team.

6. Perform other duties as needed to provide quality service and results for clients.

Skill Set Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

•Minimum internet speed of 10mbps.

•Fast, reliable computer for home-based work. Anti-malware program installed with regular scans performed to keep the computer secure.

•Dependable, fast internet with backup internet options in cases of outage.

•Ability to work Mon-Fri 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time.

•Willing to install Time Doctor app, which ensures productivity by tracking work hours, keyboard activity, and mouse movements.

•Extremely detail-oriented, with a keen eye for finding errors or discrepancies that many people would overlook.

•Strong customer service skills required.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong computer skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office programs, Zoom, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Trello preferred.

•Experience providing professional support to customers/clients via phone and email required.

•Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise and independently discover solutions.

•Experience maintaining detailed computer records/spreadsheets/documents required.

•Preferred: 2+ years of experience in SEO, local citations, or virtual assistance, particularly with Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook, and Apple Maps. Willing to train the right candidate without this experience, but they must be extremely detail-oriented, easily trainable, and possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $800 to $950 depending on experience
Payment: Sent through PayPal on the 15th and the last day of each month
