What You’ll Do
- Own Marketing Projects: Lead multi-channel campaigns from kickoff to completion—developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables that drive real results.
- Drive Analytics: Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify to track performance, implement tracking codes, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor budgets, track expenses, and make strategic decisions to maximize ROI for every client.
- Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior and industry trends to inform campaign strategy and creative direction.
- Content & Channel Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of written, visual, and audio content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide cross-functional teams—including designers, copywriters, strategists, and vendors—to deliver on project objectives.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Attend weekly team calls and daily standups to keep everyone aligned.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously scan the digital landscape for new tools, channels, and tactics to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Project Management Pro: You’ve managed complex marketing campaigns, preferably in eCommerce, DTC, or agency settings.
- Data-Driven: You’re fluent in GA4, Meta Ads, Shopify, and can turn analytics into actionable strategy.
- Digital Marketing Know-How: You understand paid media, email/SMS, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can distill complex updates for any audience—clients, creatives, or senior management.
- Organized & Reliable: You thrive on deadlines, details, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You spot issues early, escalate when needed, and always bring solutions.
- Adaptable & Eager to Learn: You embrace change, love new challenges, and are always looking to level up your skills.
