WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re hiring a Swiss Army Knife Local SEO Strategist — a senior-level operator who blends technical execution, strategic insight, and local authority-building.

You’ll float between SEO functions and team members — leading local link outreach, on-page optimization, service-level content strategies, and AI-powered workflows.

Our team thrives on speed, precision, and independence — this is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding. You’ll be given strategy, tools, and support — and expected to execute and lead within that structure.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Local SEO Strategy & Execution
– Execute local SEO campaigns targeting organic and map rankings
– Build and optimize service/location pages using Local Dominator + Core30 methods
– Use AI tools (ChatGPT) for schema, internal linking, and research
– Collaborate across content, citations, on-page SEO, and technical implementation

Local Link Building & Outreach
– Lead Pitchbox outreach for guest posts, HARO, local blogs
– Write custom outreach emails (no templates)
– Secure contextual, local, high-authority backlinks
– QA and report placements with structured documentation

On-Page & Technical SEO
– Run audits with Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SeRanking
– Implement improvements in WordPress and Shopify
– Optimize meta tags, schema, headers, internal links, and page speed
– Analyze and report via Google Search Console and Google Analytics

REQUIREMENTS:
– 5+ years of Local SEO experience, including outreach and implementation
– Expertise in link building, technical SEO, and internal linking
– Strong implementation skills in WordPress and Shopify
– Fluency in AI-powered workflows
– Excellent written and verbal English

– External monitor
– High-speed internet

FIRST 2 WEEKS: TRAINING & FRAMEWORKS
You’ll be onboarded into:
– Our Local SEO playbook, based on Caleb Ulke’s Core30 methodology
– Using Local Dominator to map Google Maps services and page priorities
– AI + outreach systems, SOPs, and QA
– Strategy, team alignment, and output expectations

– 3–4 paid trial tasks

– Interviews with:
– A current SEO team member
– The COO
– The CEO (final)
