Position Purpose:

The Senior SEO Copywriter will play a critical role in our Revenue Marketing team by creating unique, accurate, highly engaging, and SEO-optimized content to elevate the company’s brand and online presence.

Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)

  • Conduct SEO and content audits to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Optimize existing web pages and content following SEO best practices.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
  • Write high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, e-books, and more, for organic and paid campaigns.
  • Ensure all media content reflects the company’s messaging and embodies its culture.
  • Monitor and report on SEO key performance indicators, providing actionable insights.

  • Analytical mindset: Proficient in understanding analytics and creating reports using SEO tools.
  • Research-oriented: Curious and capable of simplifying complex topics into easily digestible content.

Knowledge

  • Proven experience as a creative copywriter with 3–5 years in an SEO writing or copywriting role.
  • Expertise in on-page SEO (off-page and technical SEO skills are a bonus).
  • Proficient in Google SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Trends.
  • Experience writing for B2B audiences, ideally within the Outsourcing/BPO sector.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Magento, Shopify).
  • Hands-on experience with third-party SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or PageSpeed Insights.
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable reports using SEO tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in content creation.
