URGENT HIRING SEO / AEO / Organic Growth Marketer (FILIPINO APPLICANTS ONLY)

We’re looking for someone obsessed with SEO, AI tools, organic growth, and unconventional demand generation.

What you’ll do:
• Find growth opportunities across Google, AI search, LinkedIn, communities, directories, and niche channels
• Run SEO, content, AEO, and demand gen experiments
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc. to move faster and smarter
• Improve rankings, traffic, conversions, and buyer engagement
• Turn winning ideas into repeatable growth systems

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years in SEO, organic growth, content, or growth marketing
• Strong SEO fundamentals + curiosity about AI search and zero-click discovery
• Comfortable with AI tools, automation, and experimentation
• Independent thinker who can test ideas and adapt fast
• Familiar with WordPress; basic technical SEO knowledge is a plus

Bonus if you:
• Have experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, ERP, eCommerce, or software services
• Know programmatic SEO, LinkedIn-led growth, digital PR, or automation tools
• Constantly study great marketing campaigns, landing pages, and growth strategies

Success in this role = more qualified traffic, more inbound leads, better visibility in Google & AI search, and scalable growth systems.

Salary Range: Php 50k-60k per month
Setup: WORK FROM HOME
Schedule: 9AM-5PM EST
