JOB TITLE: SEO Analyst (WFH/Remote)

OFFER RATE: PHP 300 per hour (Fulltime)

Working Hours: TBD (usually US hrs | Night shift)

As an SEO Analyst you will have a broad role of optimizing organic presence and helping to rapidly identify areas of opportunity to improve organic search and conversion – including at a local level – for products and services for our client in Philadelphia. You will support strategy and implementation, working closely with other talented content strategists and copywriting personnel to deliver top-notch digital search experiences.

In this role you will:

  • Audit existing learn pages, site map and page infrastructure for content and technical opportunities in partnership with the in-house SEO team.
  • Utilize SEO Analytics tools and available web analytics to identify opportunities to improve ranking.
  • Partner with digital and technical teams to scope, prioritize and implement recommended changes.
  • Help craft an initial strategy for a new offering focused on the value-based segment.
  • Conduct basic analytics in partnership with traffic and analytics marketing teams and provide regular reporting on performance.
  • Help position pages for future changes to AI-generative response models such as Google SEG’s
  • Have familiarity with digital tools such as Sitecore CM, Adobe Suite, Figma, XD, Sketch

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or SEO
  • 2-3 years of meaningful SEO experience
  • Experience in doing SEO for digital channels, particularly for a B2C, Media, or Telecom audience
  • Strong and diverse portfolio of past SEO work
  • Solid understanding of copywriting and content management concepts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills, including the ability to communicate at all business levels
  • Excellent ability to build strong working business relationships across teams and personnel
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically

Skills and Tools:

  • NON-NEGOTIABLE (must have maturity of using these tools, not just new users)
    • SEMrush
    • Botify
  • Experience with content management tools such as Sitecore is a plus​
  • Experience with design tools like FigmaAdobe Creative Suite, Miro, Sketch is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools such as Worksite, Monday, and MS Project is a plus
