Who We’re Hiring

MSE Environmental is hiring one or more high-performing, in-house SEO Content Writers to support our website expansion and national growth strategy. This is a production-focused writing role. You will be writing daily using proven templates and SOPs to produce structured, publish-ready content designed for fast indexing, internal linking, and conversion.
These are not creative blogs. If you enjoy structure, repetition, and measurable output, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Be Writing

You’ll follow our proven templates, use human-style writing (not robotic AI tone), and deliver optimized content ready for immediate publishing.

You will be creating content for MSE Environmental’s website expansion, with a primary focus on:
– Core service pages
– Service-related and supporting topics
– Location-based pages

Not all assignments will be the same. While many pages will be structured, geo-targeted landing pages, there will also be a variety of page types aligned with our existing website structure, services, and expansion strategy. All content must be correctly formatted and submitted as clean, publish-ready documents. Absolutely No Plagiarism. No Exceptions.

Key Responsibilities
Write 10–15 pages per day, 2,000–2,500 words per page
Follow strict SEO structure and formatting:
H1 / H2 / H3 headings
CTA blocks
FAQ sections
Internal links
Rewrite and enhance AI-generated outlines with research and human tone
Optimize meta titles and meta descriptions for every page
Submit completed work via Google Docs + Asana
Maintain quality standards:
90+ Grammarly score
90–100% originality (Quetext)
Communicate daily with your editor or team lead

Every Friday, you will receive a KPI performance report based on:

Asana task completion

Writers who fall below standard may be coached.
Consistent underperformance will result in offboarding.
