???? What You’ll Do

As our SEO Manager, you’ll take the lead in designing and executing high-impact SEO strategies that strengthen our online presence and fuel consistent growth. Your role includes:

• Developing optimization strategies that improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
• Conducting deep keyword research for both website and marketing initiatives
• Setting measurable SEO goals and reporting progress regularly
• Monitoring daily performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness
• Working closely with our SEO and Content Creation team to maintain alignment
• Collaborating with our Non-Voice Team to coordinate and refine SEO activities
• Creating high-quality content including blogs, landing pages, and meta descriptions (as needed)
• Optimizing website content, internal links, and structure for maximum visibility

???? What Makes You a Strong Fit

• You’re the ideal candidate if you bring:
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns
• Strong knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Search Console, etc.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and identify industry opportunities
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Familiarity with WordPress / WooCommerce or similar content management platforms
• Bonus: Experience in growth marketing, promotions, or social media management

• Morning Shift (MNL Time)
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends Off
