SEO Marketing Agency Project Manager

Looking for a Project Manager in the overall management of the company’s SEO and marketing operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Project Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our dynamic SEO company. This pivotal role involves ensuring all team members perform their tasks efficiently, maintaining high standards, and driving the company towards its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, strong people and project management abilities, and significant SEO experience.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Execution:
– Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our websites.
– Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content teams and optimize website content.
– Analyze and report on SEO performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Project Coordination:
– Oversee the planning and execution of SEO projects from start to finish.
– Ensure all projects align with the company’s strategic objectives and are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
– Coordinate with various departments including design, content production, and development to ensure seamless project execution.

Team Leadership:
– Lead and manage a diverse team of SEO specialists, designers, copywriters, and virtual assistants.
– Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
– Train and mentor staff, ensuring high team morale and effective performance.

Performance Monitoring:
– Set up and maintain reporting systems to track team performance and project progress.
– Monitor the progress of all SEO projects, identifying potential bottlenecks or delays and implementing solutions to address them.
– Evaluate project outcomes against KPIs and provide feedback and strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and project management, preferably within a digital marketing or similar agency.
– Proven experience in managing multifaceted teams and complex projects.
– Strong leadership skills with an ability to manage without micromanaging.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
– Deep understanding of SEO principles, content production, and digital marketing processes.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools.
– Experience working with international teams is a plus.
– High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
