Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SEO / Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to support a therapy clinic’s overall marketing strategy, social media management, and referral outreach initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented—capable of independently managing marketing execution, relationship-based outreach, and content coordination in a remote environment while maintaining consistent brand quality.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

*Proven experience in marketing coordination, outreach, or marketing support roles

*Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar social platforms

*Strong written and verbal English communication skills

*Comfortable with relationship-based outreach and professional communication

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

*Ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely

*Familiarity with Google Workspace and cloud-based tools

Key Responsibilities

*Support marketing strategy planning and campaign execution

*Manage and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

*Design graphics and marketing materials (Canva or similar tools)

*Manage email marketing, automation workflows, and personalized outreach

*Coordinate outreach to therapists, referral partners, and aligned organizations

*Track engagement, campaign performance, and outreach activities

*Assist with website updates, downloadable content, and promotional sessions

*Maintain campaign calendars and month-long content planning

*Provide light administrative and CRM support as needed

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

*Experience working with therapy, wellness, or education-based organizations

*Familiarity with CRM or outreach tracking systems

*Understanding of digital marketing funnels and referral-based growth

Success Metrics

*Consistent, on-brand social media presence

*Organized and effective referral outreach

*Accurate tracking of marketing activities

*Increased visibility, engagement, and referral flow
