Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our team and work from the comfort of your home. As an SEO Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales, all while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to meet sales goals, manage your schedule efficiently, and collaborate with our team to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including calls, emails, social media, and other digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients.
Close sales and achieve revenue goals by effectively communicating the value of the product/service.
Provide timely and accurate follow-up to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Track sales progress and report results to the Sales Manager or Team Lead.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
Proven SEO sales experience (previous remote sales experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in using digital communication tools (email, phone, video conferencing).
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the sales field.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space.
Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred).
Experience with B2B or B2C sales.
Familiarity with the product/service offerings in the SEO industry.
Knowledge of additional sales techniques (consultative selling, cold calling, or outbound marketing, etc.)

Salary: 1,000 pesos per shift + 500 pesos per sale (Every 5th and 20th) EST

Working hours: 12 NN – 8 PM EST
