Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO practices, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to implement SEO best practices and achieve our organic search traffic goals.
** Key Responsibilities **
SEO Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
  • Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
Content Optimization:
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs.
  • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
Technical SEO:
  • Ensure website health and SEO performance via tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor SEO performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Provide regular reports on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Provide training to marketing team members on SEO best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey SEO performance and strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking methods.
  • Experience with SEO industry tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Familiarity with relevant web technologies and CMS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
