Job Title: SEO Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO practices, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to implement SEO best practices and achieve our organic search traffic goals.

** Key Responsibilities **

SEO Strategy Development:

Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.

Content Optimization:

Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs.
Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

Technical SEO:

Ensure website health and SEO performance via tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor SEO performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Provide regular reports on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
Provide training to marketing team members on SEO best practices.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey SEO performance and strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking methods.
Experience with SEO industry tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
Familiarity with relevant web technologies and CMS platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
