The Opportunity

Scout Talent Group has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the team as an SEO Specialist on a full-time basis. This offshore role will see you support our team globally! The office you will be based in is located at The Penbrothers International, Rockwell Business Center Sheridan 1 Tower, United Street, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

Join our dynamic team and take charge of SEO, driving organic traffic and guiding the SEO approach!

You will be primarily responsible for (but not limited to):

• Sitemap and Website Audit: Create and review sitemaps across all websites to identify similarities and differences, guiding the SEO approach.
• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to align content with high-value keywords, enhancing search engine visibility and driving organic traffic.
• Content Optimisation: Refresh and optimise existing content to maintain relevance and improve rankings, linking pages internally to boost site credibility.
• On-Page SEO Optimisation: Fine-tune key on-page elements such as headlines, page titles, image alt text, and structured data. Optimise site speed and improve overall site performance.
• Link Building: Develop relationships with reputable sources to earn backlinks and collaborate on content partnerships to increase domain authority.
• New Domain Warmup: Establish credibility for new domains by setting up landing pages and gradually building SEO value, rather than redirecting directly.
• User Behaviour Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor and optimise user interactions, running A/B and heatmap tests to refine content and layouts.
• AI Tools for SEO: Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, such as drafting page descriptions and articles for faster content delivery.
• International SEO: Implement hreflang tags to support content targeting different regional audiences and prepare the site for global expansion.
• Competitor Analysis: Regularly assess competitor strategies for keywords, content, and ads to identify gaps and refine SEO approaches.

What we’re looking for:

• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Experience with keyword research and optimisation techniques to drive targeted traffic.
• Skilled in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Ability to optimise website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and overall content strategy to enhance search visibility.
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
