Position Title: SEO Specialist

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing – Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist who will fully manage all website and organic search tasks. The SEO Specialist will handle everything related to the website and organic performance. This includes building and updating pages, maintaining the site, fixing technical issues, optimizing content, and improving overall SEO health

What You’ll Do:

• Build, update, and maintain pages on WordPress or Webflow.
• Handle all on-page SEO tasks (metadata, schema, structure, internal linking).
• Perform technical SEO checks such as page speed, indexing, and crawl errors.
• Create conversion-focused landing pages.
• Publish and format long-form content (content provided by onshore team).
• Do keyword research and create simple content outlines.
• Set up and run A/B tests on the website.
• Coordinate tracking setup with the HubSpot team.
• Deliver monthly organic performance reports.
• Ensure all work is fast, accurate, and high-quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven hands-on experience with WordPress or Webflow.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, especially technical SEO.
• Experience with site speed tools, indexing tools, and SEO platforms.
• Fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to execute tasks with little to no strategy involvementfocused purely on delivery.
