Who You Are
We’re looking for a detail-oriented SEO Specialist who can help our remodeling contractor clients dominate their local markets. You should have hands-on experience with technical SEO, local search optimization, and the ability to execute systematic SEO strategies. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into data, solving technical problems, and seeing measurable results from their work. You must also take pride in taking ownership of tasks.

What You’ll Do
– Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve Google Map Pack rankings for remodeling contractors
– Build and manage local citations across relevant directories and platforms
– Implement technical SEO improvements including schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness
– Conduct keyword research specific to remodeling services and local markets
– Perform SEO audits for client websites and create actionable improvement plans
– Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and Google Business Profile performance
– Manage on-page optimization including meta tags, header structure, and internal linking
– Build quality backlinks through outreach and relationship building
– Track competitors and identify ranking opportunities in local markets
– Collaborate with our content and web design teams to implement SEO best practices
– Follow established SOPs and workflows to ensure consistent quality across all client accounts

What We’re Looking For
– 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
– Full time availability 9AM – 5PM Philippines time
– Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO strategies
– Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
– Knowledge of technical SEO including schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt
– Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
– Experience with citation building and local directory management
– Understanding of backlink analysis and link building strategies
– Ability to analyze data and create clear performance reports
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
– Comfortable using project management tools (ClickUp experience is a plus)
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Reliable internet connection and professional work-from-home setup
– Experience with home services, construction, or contractor SEO is a strong plus
– Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization is a plus
