Elevate And Delegate is a US-based digital marketing agency seeking an experienced SEO Specialist for our fully remote team serving home services and healthcare clients. You will run full SEO audits, perform keyword research, implement on-page and technical SEO, optimize local listings, and lead link-building campaigns while collaborating with content and development teams to drive measurable results.

- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
- Strong technical SEO skills: site speed, schema, crawling, indexing.
- On-page SEO expertise: keyword optimization and internal linking.
- Local SEO mastery: Google Business Profile and citations.
- Proven link-building experience with quality backlinks.
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA, GSC.
- AI-powered SEO: using AI tools to speed up keyword research and audits.
- Content optimization: writing or improving SEO content that ranks.
- HTML/CSS basics for on-page changes.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent English communication.
Responsibilities
- Run full SEO audits for client websites and track results.
- Conduct keyword research and content strategy.
- Implement on-page SEO (title tags, descriptions, headers).
- Handle technical SEO: speed, schema, XML sitemaps, redirects.
- Build and manage local SEO strategies for clients.
- Execute link-building campaigns and outreach.
- Write or optimize SEO content for rankings and conversions.
- Use AI tools to improve SEO workflows.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions using GA, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs.
- Deliver performance reports to account managers.
- Stay ahead of Google updates and AI trends.
- Optimize for AI/LLM visibility as part of strategy.
