As our client base continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team remotely and help us deliver outstanding organic search results for our clients.
Role Overview
As an SEO Specialist, you’ll be responsible for researching, implementing, and optimising SEO strategies across multiple healthcare websites. Your work will directly improve visibility, search rankings, and traffic across our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies for healthcare clients
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits
- Optimise website content, meta tags, internal linking, and site structure
- Execute link-building strategies and manage citations for local SEO
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush
- Identify SEO opportunities and implement improvements
- Stay current with the latest SEO trends, search engine updates, and best practices
- Assist with SEO input during website builds and redesigns (primarily in WordPress)
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with local SEO, particularly for service-based businesses (healthcare a plus)
- Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Basic knowledge of WordPress (e.g. editing pages, adjusting metadata, using plugins like Yoast)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
