We need someone who has been in the trenches of a low-DR site and knows exactly what the first 12 months demand: technical foundations, topical authority, and real link building. Not shortcuts. Not link farms.

What you’ll own:

— Full SEO strategy: technical, on-page, off-page across all 6 brands

— Technical audits and fixes: Core Web Vitals, crawlability, canonicalization, schema

— Keyword research, intent mapping, content gap analysis

— Backlink outreach — you run it yourself, niche-relevant, DR 30+, real traffic

— Content briefs and blog calendar for writers

— Monthly reporting on rankings, traffic, DR growth — plain language, no fluff

— Adapting to Google algorithm updates and AI Overviews in real time

What we need:

— 5+ years of hands-on SEO — execution, not just strategy decks

— Proof: show us a site you grew from low DR to real organic traffic (you’ll record a short Loom video showing before/after in Ahrefs or GSC)

— Ahrefs or SEMrush + Google Search Console + Screaming Frog / Sitebulb

— Backlink outreach you’ve run personally — not managed through vendors

— Smart AI tool usage — sharper and faster, not a replacement for judgment

— Clear English communication — no jargon hiding behind vague claims
