Important Requirements:

> Full-Time Commitment

This is a remote, full-time, and exclusive position. We are not accepting applications from agencies, part-time freelancers, or candidates with other clients.

> Dedicated Availability

You must be fully committed to Clear Marketing Digital, available to work Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM EST, with no conflicting projects.

> Monitoring Software

You will be required to work under Terramind monitoring software to ensure productivity, transparency, and alignment with our internal workflow.

What You’ll Do:

> Manage and execute Local SEO strategies for Google Business Profiles

> Improve site structure and SEO performance on WordPress websites (Elementor required)

> Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance KPIs

> Conduct technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal

> Run manual outreach campaigns for white-hat backlinks

> Deliver clean, accurate reports and ongoing optimization plans

Bonus Skills – Higher Pay Offered:

> PPC Experience

Especially Google Ads / Display / Retargeting campaigns for local service businesses

Experience managing ad budgets and optimizing for lead generation in competitive local markets

> Advanced Web Design

Web design proficiency beyond SEO (layout building, Elementor styling, UX improvement)

Creating conversion-focused designs that complement SEO strategy

Requirements:

> 3+ years of SEO experience (Local + Technical SEO)

> Strong command of tools: GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal

> Skilled in WordPress (Elementor)

> Must be available full-time, 9AM- 5PM EST

> Must work exclusively with Clear Marketing Digital

> Willing to work under Terramind monitoring

> Fluent written English and excellent communication
