We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in WordPress development to join our team and drive the optimization of our digital presence across various platforms. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing website performance, improving search engine rankings, and implementing effective link-building strategies.

Responsibilities:

🔍 SEO Analysis & Implementation:

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits for all websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Optimize website indexing through effective index optimization strategies.
• Create and manage XML sitemaps to ensure proper search engine crawling and indexing.
• Develop and maintain robots.txt files to guide search engine crawlers efficiently.
• Implement HTTPS setup to ensure secure and optimized website browsing experiences.
• Optimize image alt tags for improved search engine visibility and accessibility.
• Implement schema markup to enhance search engine understanding of website content.
• Install and maintain SSL certificates to ensure secure browsing experiences for users.
• Address and resolve Google Search Console errors across all websites.
• Rectify SEMRush site audit errors and warnings to ensure optimal website performance.
• Link Google Search Console to Google Analytics for detailed website performance tracking and analysis.

⚡ Speed & Performance Optimization:

• Conduct speed audits and implement optimization techniques to improve website loading times.
• Compress images to reduce webpage load times and enhance user experience.
• Create custom 404 error pages to guide users seamlessly through website errors.

🔗 Link Building:

• Implement effective internal linking strategies to improve website structure and user navigation.
• Create manual citations on virtual business directories such as Yelp, The Yellow Pages, Angi, etc., to enhance local search visibility.
• Research popular news outlets relevant to our niches and initiate inquiries about guest blog post opportunities to strengthen backlink profiles and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development frameworks.
• Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying SEO issues and implementing solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in SEO and web development are a plus.
