Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven SEO Strategist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and analytics, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and traffic.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities for organic growth.

• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, including metadata, internal linking, content structure, and backlinks.

• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with web developers to resolve site performance issues.

• Monitor, track, and report key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

• Collaborate with the content team to ensure all materials follow SEO best practices and align with keyword strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization.

• Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO strategy, preferably in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.

• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).

• Working knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO improvements (basic understanding acceptable).
