Job Description

We are looking for a Remote SEO Strategist who has a comprehensive understanding of full-stack SEO, with a strong focus on content, keyword, and SEO strategy. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who is both a leader and a team player, capable of building out our SEO department in the long term. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performing SEO audits, automatic analysis, and driving lead generation and ranking improvements.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to boost website visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize content that aligns with SEO best practices, targeting relevant keywords and improving user engagement.

Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure our content is optimized for high-traffic, high-conversion terms.

SEO Audits & Analysis: Perform regular SEO audits and automatic analysis of the website to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.

Lead Generation & Ranking Improvement: Develop and execute strategies to increase lead generation and improve search engine rankings.

Team Leadership: Play a pivotal role in building and scaling the SEO department, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members while also being willing to follow established processes and guidelines.

Performance Monitoring: Use various analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of SEO efforts, making data-driven decisions to continually improve outcomes.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SEO objectives are met at a timely manner.

Project management: Conceptualize and effectively coordinate SEO projects with partner agencies and leadership team.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an SEO Strategist or similar role, with a deep understanding of full-stack SEO.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools and software for auditing, keyword research, and analytics.

Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams, with a long-term vision to scale an SEO department.

Experience with lead generation and improving search engine rankings.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
