SEO Team Lead

Four13 Digital is looking for an enthusiastic SEO Delivery Lead to build and lead a team of SEO experts! You’ll ensure we deliver top-notch SEO services, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO (link building), and overall SEO strategies. Your role will involve staffing, training, and equipping the team with the tools and knowledge that they need. You’ll also interact with account managers, project managers, and clients to prioritize work and meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and manage the SEO team to deliver comprehensive SEO services.
• Ensure the team is properly staffed, trained, and equipped with necessary tools.
• Interact with account managers, project managers, and clients to prioritize work.
• Develop and execute delivery processes for the SEO team.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

• Expert-level understanding of all SEO disciplines (technical, on-page, off-page).
• At least 5 – 10 years of experience in SEO
• Atleast 2 years of experience in leadership handling teams
• Has experience leading a team
• Familiarity with project management and agile scrum methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills to assess team performance and implement improvements.
• Previous agency experience is a big plus

Pay: Php70,000.00 – Php100,000.00 per month
