Shopify store Organization, SEO and Social Media

Growing US solar and off-grid online store needs an experienced shopify star to help us manage our products, store design and SEO (Semrush). This is the most critical task but it doesn’t take up a whole lot of time. It becomes busy when we add a new vendor but once the products are uploaded properly, we work on other things. This is good because the job never gets boring. The ideal candidate will also help out with creating or editing basic posts on social media to keep our customers engaged. Sometimes we need to add a new app and figure out how to use it. We have a new vendor with an FTP database we are trying to integrate with Ablestar for instance so being tech savvy is a huge plus. You will be asked to pick up a phone now and then to call tech support or help a customer when our customer service team members are all on other calls. We currently have 3 staff members including the owner all helping each other to bring the best experiences possible to our customers. This is not a fast-paced high pressure job. We believe our work is rewarding because we are genuinely helping others. English skills are important so the grammar on the product pages, promotions and seo is correct. Ai is making it much easier to check our work now so even the owner uses it to check his own English. Candidates who can share a voice or video recording are appreciated for the sake of time.
