Virtual Assistant – Marketing & CRM Support

Salary: $1000 – $1,376.00

We are a U.S.-based Cybersecurity Company seeking a proactive and growth-minded Virtual Assistant to help manage our marketing platforms (ZoomInfo, Hubspot), enhance our website visibility (SEO, WordPress), and assist with general marketing tasks. This role also offers a unique opportunity to learn Marketing Automation using tools like n8n and Make. You do not need to know everything listed, but you must be willing to learn independently, embrace new challenges, and enjoy professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update CRM systems (ZoomInfo and Hubspot)
• Support SEO optimization and website content updates using WordPress
• Assist in general marketing initiatives (email campaigns, social media, content posting, basic graphics)
• Help set up and manage future marketing automation workflows (training provided)
• Perform general virtual assistant duties (email management, reporting, data entry)
• Participate in training sessions to understand the cybersecurity industry
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability and willingness to self-learn new software and processes
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience (or interest) in marketing, SEO, WordPress, or CRM systems preferred
• Familiarity with Hubspot or ZoomInfo is a plus (not required if willing to learn)
• Interest in learning marketing automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.)
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of web technologies
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
Bonus (but not required) Skills:
• Basic graphic design (Canva or similar)
• Experience with cybersecurity companies or technical industries
Working Hours:
• 8:00 A.M. Central time. 6-8 hours daily.
