The ideal candidate is an SEO professional who understands the power of authority building and has a strong track record of boosting domain authority and rankings through ethical, white-hat link-building strategies. If you’re passionate about digital PR, backlinks, and off-page optimization—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and refine off-page SEO strategies to increase keyword rankings and domain authority.
Conduct backlink audits and competitive link analysis using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
Secure high-quality backlinks via review sites, citations, guest posting, digital PR, niche edits, PBN posting, and blogger outreach.
Build lasting relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers in relevant niches.
Disavow toxic links and manage a clean, healthy backlink profile.
Track and report on off-page SEO metrics and link-building progress.
Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices.

Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience in off-page SEO or link-building roles.
Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors and link-building strategies.
Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and BuzzStream.
Excellent communication skills (English fluency is a must).
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with outreach platforms such as Pitchbox, Mailshake, or Hunter.io.
Experience implementing white-hat strategies at scale.
Understanding of on-page and technical SEO.
Background in journalism, communications, or digital marketing.
Experience working in agency environments or remote teams.
Knowledge of local SEO best practices, especially for regionally focused businesses.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position (8 hrs /day; remote work).
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm CST
