FREEDOM Media is a boutique digital marketing agency operating as the outsourced CMO and marketing division for a portfolio of growth-focused brands. We run paid media, websites, SEO, and full-funnel strategy for clients across automotive, e-commerce, and services.

The Role

We need an aggressive, results-obsessed SEO Expert who knows how to rank — fast. You’ll own the technical and off-page SEO across our WordPress client portfolio and direct on-page execution when needed. This isn’t a “wait six months and hope” role. We want someone who attacks rankings, finds the leverage points, and moves the needle every single month.

What You’ll Own

Technical SEO (WordPress)
• Deep technical audits on WordPress sites: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, canonicalization, redirects
• Mastery of WordPress SEO stack: Rank Math, Yoast, SEOPress, WP Rocket, Perfmatters, Schema Pro
• Page speed and Core Web Vitals optimization (caching, image optimization, script management, hosting-level fixes)
• Site migrations, redirect mapping, and platform cleanups without losing equity
• Structured data implementation, internal linking architecture, and crawl budget optimization
• Diagnosing and fixing plugin conflicts, render issues, and indexation problems

Off-Page SEO
• Aggressive white-hat link acquisition: digital PR, outreach, guest placements, HARO, niche edits, broken link building
• Backlink profile analysis, disavow management, competitive gap closure
• Citation and brand mention building (especially for local clients)
• Building link campaigns that compound month over month

On-Page Direction
• Brief and direct writers and on-page specialists on title tags, meta, headings, internal linking, content structure
• Review on-page work for SEO soundness before it ships
• Keyword strategy and content gap analysis to feed the editorial pipeline

Reporting & Aggression
• Monthly performance reporting tied to rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Proactively identify ranking opportunities — don’t wait to be asked
• Translate SEO data into business recommendations clients understand

What You Bring
• 4+ years of hands-on SEO with a clear focus on technical and off-page
• Deep WordPress expertise — you know the platform inside and out
• Proven case studies of aggressive ranking growth (be ready to walk us through them)
• Fluency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4
• Strong grasp of how search engines crawl, render, and rank in 2026 — including AI search and LLM visibility
• Comfort managing multiple clients and industries at once
• Self-directed, deadline-driven, and allergic to mediocre results
• Clear, direct communication
