Role Summary

We are seeking for a multi-talented Digital Growth & Automation Specialist to take charge of our in-house marketing and technical operations. This role is designed for a professional who can manage high-level SEO and content strategies while simultaneously handling web development and pioneering AI-driven process integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO, Content & Social Strategy

· Keyword Intelligence: Perform ongoing keyword research to identify high-intent search terms for property management and real estate investment.

· SEO Optimization: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to maintain and improve Google rankings.

· Content Creation: Research, write, and publish high-quality blog articles that establish WeLease as an industry authority.

· Social Media Repurposing: Systematically repurpose blog content into engaging posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to ensure a consistent social presence.

· Backlink Building: Develop and execute ‘white-hat’ backlink strategies and digital PR outreach to build domain authority.

2. Web Development & UX Optimization

· Website Management: Maintain, update, and improve the WeLease website (CMS management, plugin updates, security).

· Front-End Development: Design and code high-converting landing pages and UI/UX improvements to increase lead generation.

· Technical SEO: Manage site architecture, schema markup, and speed optimization (Core Web Vitals).

3. AI Process Integration & Automation

· AI Workflow Design: Integrate AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into marketing and admistrative workflows to scale content production and data analysis.

· Process Automation: Use LeadSimple or other products to automate lead routing, CRM updates, and internal notifications, reducing manual entry.

· Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI developments to identify new ways to streamline property management operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Web Development.

· Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Javascript; experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).

· Expert knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4).

· Proven experience with automation platforms and LLMs (OpenAI/Gemini/ChatGPT/Claude).

· Strong copywriting skills with a focus on professional, long-form content.

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to report on ROI and conversion metrics.
