Join our team and help drive organic growth, improve search rankings, and generate high-quality leads through effective SEO strategies.
LOCATION: 1770 Evangelista, Makati City, 1233 Metro Manila

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement SEO strategies focused on lead generation
Improve website ranking for priority search terms
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
Optimize website pages, content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal links
Support technical SEO improvements and website performance recommendations
Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics
Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations
Work with the marketing/content team to strengthen organic visibility and inbound lead flow
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO
Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
Ability to identify ranking opportunities and create action plans
Understanding of lead generation, conversion-focused content, and website optimization
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Can work onsite in Makati
Can start ASAP
PREFERRED
Experience handling B2B or outsourcing/service-based websites
Knowledge of content strategy, link building, and local SEO
Basic understanding of WordPress or website CMS platforms
