Help Build a Stronger Lead-Generation and Digital Marketing System for a High-End Custom Home Builder

Supple Homes Inc. is seeking an experienced GoHighLevel, Website & SEO Specialist to manage our digital lead intake, follow-up systems, website performance, and search visibility.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing knowledge with hands-on technical ability. The right candidate will be comfortable managing the back end of a Webflow designed website, building and maintaining automations in GoHighLevel, improving lead-response workflows, and developing an advanced SEO strategy that supports both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

Based in Menlo Park, California, Supple Homes is a boutique custom home builder with more than 20 years of experience delivering architect-driven luxury residences throughout Silicon Valley. Our projects typically range from $4 million to $11 million and are known for thoughtful design, strong craftsmanship, and a high level of client service.

This position may begin as one broad role. As our marketing systems grow, the responsibilities may eventually be divided into separate marketing-operations and website/SEO positions.

What You’ll Do

GoHighLevel and Lead Management

  • Manage and maintain the company’s GoHighLevel account, pipelines, forms, calendars, workflows, and automations
  • Oversee incoming lead intake and ensure inquiries are properly captured, categorized, assigned, and tracked
  • Build and improve automated email and SMS follow-up sequences
  • Monitor leads throughout the intake and follow-up process to reduce missed opportunities
  • Maintain accurate contact records, pipeline stages, tags, tasks, and notes
  • Troubleshoot workflow, integration, form, notification, and tracking issues
  • Create reporting dashboards for lead sources, response times, conversion activity, and follow-up performance
  • Recommend improvements to the company’s CRM and marketing-automation processes

Website Management and Technical Support

  • Manage routine website updates, page edits, forms, integrations, redirects, and back-end configurations
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that may affect website usability, speed, tracking, or search performance
  • Maintain analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, forms, and CRM integrations
  • Work comfortably inside Webflow or a similar website platform
  • Coordinate with outside developers or specialists when more advanced technical work is required
  • Help maintain a polished, professional, and reliable online experience across desktop and mobile devices

SEO and AI Search Optimization

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy for the company website
  • Perform keyword research focused on luxury residential construction, custom homes, architects, designers, and qualified homeowners
  • Improve on-page SEO, including titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, image optimization, and content relevance
  • Conduct technical SEO reviews and address issues related to indexing, crawling, site architecture, page speed, schema, and broken links
  • Develop local SEO strategies for Menlo Park, Silicon Valley, and surrounding service areas
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and search visibility
  • Identify content opportunities that can attract architects, design professionals, and high-value residential clients
  • Optimize website content for AI-assisted search experiences, answer engines, and generative search platforms
  • Improve the company’s visibility in searches performed through tools such as Google AI results, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging discovery platforms
  • Strengthen the website’s authority, clarity, structured data, and trust signals so its content can be more easily understood and referenced by search engines and AI systems
  • Stay informed about changes in SEO, generative engine optimization, search algorithms, and digital discovery behavior

Marketing Support and Reporting

  • Work with company leadership and the Marketing Coordinator to align lead-generation systems with business priorities
  • Review lead and website data to identify areas for improvement
  • Track KPIs related to organic traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, follow-up activity, and marketing effectiveness
  • Prepare clear reports explaining results, challenges, and recommended next steps
  • Support landing pages, campaigns, forms, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, website management, SEO, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience using GoHighLevel
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage CRM pipelines, forms, workflows, triggers, email sequences, SMS follow-ups, and automations
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, local, and content-focused SEO
  • Current understanding of AI search optimization, answer-engine optimization, generative search, and evolving online search behavior
  • Experience managing the back end of Webflow, WordPress, or a similar website platform
  • Ability to troubleshoot website forms, integrations, analytics, tracking, and automation issues
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written English and the ability to create clear, polished, and professional content
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage priorities independently
  • Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team
  • Availability for occasional meetings or collaboration during Pacific Time business hours

Experience supporting a construction, real estate, architecture, design, luxury service, or high-value professional-services company is preferred but not required.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay of $12 to $16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
