SEO Executive

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

Be part of a growing in-house digital marketing team and manage day-to-day SEO activities across seven established websites. With guidance from an experienced Fractional Growth Director, you’ll turn provided SEO strategies and priorities into effective initiatives while identifying opportunities for improvement.

This role is ideal for an analytical and organised problem-solver who takes initiative, enjoys continuous improvement, and uses data to strengthen performance and results.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Technical SEO: Conduct regular site audits, resolve crawl and indexation issues, monitor website performance, and manage technical elements such as redirects, canonicals, and XML sitemaps.

• Content & On-Page SEO: Conduct keyword and competitor research, identify content opportunities, and implement and optimise established SEO content strategies.

• Performance & Insights: Analyse Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO data to track rankings, organic visibility, and conversions while identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Implementation & Reporting: Work with developers to implement technical improvements, manage SEO initiatives across multiple websites, and prepare clear performance reports.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• 1–2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist, with proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, website structure, internal linking, and on-page optimisation

• Experience managing SEO across multiple websites simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a data-driven approach to optimisation

• Nice to Have: Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms, SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog, as well as knowledge of local SEO, basic HTML, CRO, or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
