About the Role
We’re hiring immediately for a marketer to own SEO/AEO for our ecommerce storefront and handle the administrative side of our affiliate program. This is a hands-on growth role for an early-stage DTC brand — you’ll have real ownership from day one.
Note: this role is SEO/AEO-focused with light affiliate program admin (tracking, codes, reporting) — if you’re primarily interested in affiliate recruitment and relationship-building, see our Affiliate Relationship Manager posting instead. Brand name and store link shared during the interview process.
What You’ll Do
Manage the operational side of our affiliate/creator program (Shopify Collabs setup, discount code tracking, program reporting)
Own on-site SEO: keyword research, metadata, product schema, content optimization
Support AEO efforts — structuring product/content pages so they surface well in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
Track performance in Google Analytics (GA4) — traffic, conversion, funnel drop-off — and report weekly
Coordinate with our Affiliate Relationship Manager on program structure and commission tracking
Coordinate with upcoming Etsy and TikTok Shop launches to align SEO push with new channels
Must-Have Skills
Solid understanding of Shopify ecommerce operations
Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and on-page SEO
Some experience with affiliate tracking/program admin (Shopify Collabs or similar)
Strong written English, self-directed, comfortable owning a program end-to-end
Nice-to-Have
Experience with AEO or structuring content for AI search
Familiarity with Etsy or TikTok Shop seller tools
Experience with Klaviyo email/SMS
