Position: Jr. Pod Lead: SEO Strategist – AI Search

Location & Employment Type: Philippines | Remote, Full-time

What You’ll Do:

• Lead client onboarding, discovery & strategy

• Build SEO/AEO execution roadmaps and prompt targets

• Manage 3–5 client accounts and delivery workflows

• Monitor AI visibility, citations, rankings & competitive positioning

• Review and quality-gate deliverables before client submission

• Lead client updates, reviews & strategic communication

• Step in hands-on when execution requires it

What We Are Looking For:

• 1–2 years experience in SEO/AEO/AI Search Strategy

• Strong understanding of AI Search & how AI assistants discover and cite sources

• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, authority, content, schema & metadata

• Familiarity with AI visibility metrics such as citation frequency and share of answer

• Understanding of structured data, indexability, rendering & AI crawler access

• Proactive, analytical and highly self-directed

• Comfortable owning client outcomes in a fast-moving environment

• Must have excellent communication skills
