As a Lifecycle Marketing & SEO Specialist, you will work within our business development and Web Services team. You can expect to work with, and learn from, a collection of highly skilled BDM’s, developers, and business leaders, all with deep expertise in their niche. You will be working with growth and cross-functional teams, collaborating strategically, and sharing/supporting technical expertise.

The role will primarily be focused on auditing our existing Hubspot account, fine tuning, and providing guidance and advice to increase our productivity. While we’re in “Maintenance mode”, your role will shift to our marketing team to assist in setting up, reporting on, and running digital marketing campaigns. Eventually, you will have the opportunity to specialise in either SEO and Marketing, or HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities – SEO

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic website traffic, search engine rankings, and overall brand awareness
  • Configure, guide, and set up our HubSpot account to best serve STAFFLINK, including workflows, automation, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Integration Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of HubSpot’s integration capabilities and hands-on experience with third-party integrations to enhance the functionality of HubSpot.
  • Marketplace Integration: Leverage HubSpot Marketplace solutions to extend HubSpot’s capabilities and integrate them seamlessly into internal workflows.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to internal teams on HubSpot usage, best practices, and
  • optimization strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable and relevant keywords and phrases to target in SEO campaigns.
  • Ensure all digital content is optimized for SEO
  • Plan and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and inbound links to our website, and our clients’ websites.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword performance, and SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues

Requirements And Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing with a strong SEO focus
  • Hubspot certifications (desired, but not mandatory)
  • Extensive knowledge of HubSpot’s automation, CRM, and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Agency Analytics or similar).
  • Advanced experience with web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with paid social media platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of the latest media trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development is advantageous.
