Search Engine Optimization Specialist

💻 Full-Time | 🌎 Remote | 🇺🇸 U.S. Hours | 💰 $400–$1,000 USD/Month

We’re looking for an SEO Support Specialist with hands-on SEO experience to support our clients and work alongside our internal SEO team.

This is a client-facing role, so you should be comfortable troubleshooting SEO issues, answering client questions, and clearly explaining SEO in English.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Manage and respond to client SEO support tickets
• Troubleshoot SEO questions, ranking issues, and website concerns
• Review websites, keyword rankings, Google Business Profiles, and SEO reports
• Join client calls when needed to discuss and resolve SEO issues
• Explain SEO concepts and recommendations in a simple, client-friendly way
• Handle basic SEO updates and optimizations
• Work with our SEO team on more technical issues
• Follow up with clients and keep support requests organized

🙌 What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profiles, keyword rankings, and technical SEO basics
• Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or WordPress
• 🗣️ Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking directly with U.S.-based clients
• Able to confidently talk about SEO and explain recommendations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple client requests
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• ⚡ Reliable, high-speed internet connection

🕐 Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• 🇺🇸 Must be available to work a consistent U.S. time zone
• 💰 $400–$1,000 USD/month, depending on experience
• 🏡 100% remote
