SEO, AEO & HubSpot Content Manager

Full-Time Freelance Remote Position

Absolute Translations is looking for an experienced SEO, AEO & HubSpot Content Manager to take ownership of our website’s organic growth, AI search visibility and content optimisation.

This is a long-term, full-time freelance remote position.

We are looking for one dedicated individual, not an agency, who wants to become an important part of our team.

Absolute Translations is one of the UK’s leading translation companies, providing certified, legal, business and specialist translation services to customers around the world.

Our website is built in HubSpot, and we are investing heavily in improving our SEO, AEO and content strategy across hundreds of service, language and industry pages.

About the role

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly inside HubSpot to improve our website and increase qualified organic enquiries.

You will not simply produce reports or recommendations. You will be responsible for implementing approved improvements, publishing content, monitoring performance and helping drive long-term organic growth.

Your responsibilities

You will:

• Work directly inside HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub

• Review, prioritise and implement HubSpot SEO recommendations

• Improve existing website pages before creating new content where appropriate

• Create, optimise and publish blogs and landing pages

• Improve page titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal linking

• Carry out keyword, competitor and search intent research

• Monitor Google Search Console, GA4 and HubSpot performance

• Identify technical SEO issues, including indexing, schema, duplicate content, redirects and broken links

• Improve our visibility in AI-generated answers, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI results

• Create professional LinkedIn content based on our website and industry expertise

• Research customer questions and identify new content opportunities

• Work closely with our management and development teams

• Provide clear weekly progress reports

Essential requirements

You must have:

• Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub

• Proven experience implementing SEO improvements directly on websites

• Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO

• Good understanding of AEO and AI search visibility

• Experience using Google Search Console and GA4

• Excellent written English using UK spelling and grammar

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to explain and prioritise SEO work based on commercial impact

Desirable experience

It would be an advantage if you also have experience with:

• HubSpot SEO or Content certifications

• Schema and structured data

• Large content websites

• LinkedIn content creation

• Professional services businesses

• Lead generation websites

This role is not suitable if you:

• Only write blogs, but have limited SEO experience

• Only create reports without implementing improvements

• Blindly follow automated SEO recommendations

• Focus only on rankings instead of enquiries and business results

• Cannot demonstrate previous HubSpot experience

Remote Working Details:
