Virtual SEO & Digital Analytics Assistant

Position Summary:
Salary: $4.00/hr
Chateau Health & Wellness seeks a Virtual SEO & Digital Analytics Assistant to enhance the organization’s online presence through strategic keyword research, SEO implementation, website development, and digital performance analysis. This role supports the Director of Technical Services by managing the technical and creative aspects of Chateau’s website, executing SEO strategies, and producing actionable reports to improve visibility, engagement, and digital growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, skilled in web management tools, and passionate about expanding the reach of healthcare and wellness services through digital channels.
Core Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Optimization
*Conduct comprehensive keyword research to support SEO content planning and website optimization.
*Implement SEO best practices including meta tags, schema markup, alt text, internal linking, and content structuring.
*Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFS, SEMrush, or similar tools.
*Provide recommendations to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority.
Website Development & Management
*Assist in the development, design updates, and ongoing management of the company website (primarily WIX Studio; WordPress experience also beneficial).
*Coordinate updates to website content, blogs, landing pages, and internal tools.
*Ensure website content is fully optimized for SEO and user experience (UX) best practices.
*Troubleshoot website performance issues and coordinate with vendors if necessary for development enhancements.
Analytics Collection & Reporting
*Track and compile data on SEO performance, site traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior.
*Generate weekly and monthly analytics reports highlighting trends, KPIs, and improvement strategies.
*Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support strategic planning across marketing and operations teams.
Content Coordination & Publishing
*Assist in content publishing by formatting blog posts, web pages, and landing pages according to SEO standards.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency across all digital content.
Ideal Qualifications:
*Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AHREFS, SEMrush, or MOZ.
*Hands-on experience managing websites through WIX Studio, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
*Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS; ability to troubleshoot website layout or formatting issues preferred.
*Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret website traffic reports and SEO data to drive content strategy.
*Excellent written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
*Understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and professionalism within a healthcare setting.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
*Familiarity with healthcare, mental health, or behavioral health content is a plus but not required.
Reporting Relationship:
*Reports directly to the Director of Technical Services.
*Participates in scheduled digital marketing meetings to review SEO strategies, website projects, analytics reporting, and ongoing optimization plans.
